My name is Marie Martin. I am a Tony Robbins Business Results Trainer and Certified Results Coach, and this is Earth Angel Ireland.

But before I became a coach, my life looked very different. I was a Singer, Songwriter, Founder of a band, Manager, Concert Producer, International Tour Manager, and worked in Branding and Marketing. I have stood on stages, sat in boardrooms, navigated the music industry, and built something from nothing more than passion and a refusal to give up.

This journey gave me something that no qualification alone ever could: the lived experience of overcoming obstacles, navigating uncertainty, and making dreams come true from the ground up.

Today, I bring all of that experience, the tools, the strategies, the mindset, and the heart, into my coaching practice. I work with individuals and business owners who are ready to get out of their own way and step into the life and results they are truly capable of achieving.

I have learnt from the best in the world. And now, it is my greatest honour to pass that on.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from my kitchen to yours.

Growing up in Ireland, food was never just fuel, it was love in a pot. My mum would feed our family of eight with a traditional Irish stew at least once a week. Simple, hearty, humble ingredients, slow-cooked with patience and care. It filled the house with warmth and brought everyone to the table.

That is the kind of cooking I grew up with. And no matter where I am in the world, it is the kind of cooking that still feels like home.

There is something so grounding about returning to the foods that nourished you. They carry memory, tradition, and love in every bite.

This St. Patrick’s Day, I wanted to share that tradition with you. Whether you are Irish, Irish at heart, or simply someone who loves a good hearty meal, I hope this recipe brings a little warmth and tradition to your kitchen.

What you’ll need:

• Lamb or beef stewing pieces
• Potatoes, carrots, onions, parsnip
• Fresh herbs, thyme, parsley, bay leaf
• A dash of brown sauce (the Irish secret ingredient!)
• Stock and patience

Method:

Brown your meat, add your vegetables, cover with stock, and let it slow-cook low and steady for 2 to 3 hours. Season well, finish with fresh parsley, and serve with a thick slice of brown bread.

One of the most powerful pieces of advice I ever received was this: get yourself a role model.

Not someone to compare yourself to. Not someone to envy or wish you were more like. But someone who is already getting the results you want, and then simply do what they do. Success leaves clues. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

This principle transformed my life. It is what led me to Tony Robbins, to the world of results coaching, and ultimately to the work I do today helping others break through their own barriers and step into the life they are truly capable of living.

What we see, we become. That is why who you spend your time with matters enormously. The people around you, the voices you listen to, the content you consume, all of it shapes your mindset, your beliefs, and your results.

I had the most beautiful hermitage experience in Pennsylvania with the most wonderful friend and host, Tricia.

This solo retreat gave me space to do something I rarely allow myself, to unplug, slow down, and simply sit with my thoughts. At first, there were so many of them. Racing, swirling, filling every quiet moment. It felt unfamiliar and, honestly, uncomfortable. I had to consciously give myself permission to simply do nothing.

But when the noise finally settled, and it did settle, something beautiful happened.

I began writing my first book.

There is something powerful about removing yourself from the daily routine of life. When we strip away the noise, the notifications, the obligations, we create space for the things that truly matter to rise to the surface. For me, that was a story I have been carrying for a long time. One that is ready to be told.

I can’t wait to share more of that journey with you soon.

In the meantime, I want to ask you this: what would happen if you gave yourself permission to be still? What might rise to the surface for you?

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop. Rest. Listen. And let the next chapter begin to write itself.

Today marks a beautiful new chapter in our lives.

After relocating to West Palm Beach, Brian and I officially enrolled as parishioners at Saint Edward’s Basilica and began putting down roots in our new home. From the very first moment we walked through those doors, we were captivated by the beauty, reverence, and excellence of this sacred place.

The stunning architecture, rich tradition, and sense of timeless faith make it feel as though we’ve stepped into a little corner of Europe right here in Florida. For me, as an Irish Catholic, there is something deeply familiar and comforting about worshipping in a place like this.

The beauty of the Basilica reminds me of home, the churches, the traditions, and the faith that shaped my life growing up in Ireland. Walking through its doors felt both brand new and wonderfully familiar at the same time. That rare and beautiful feeling of arriving somewhere for the first time and knowing, somehow, that you belong there.

We are so grateful for the warm welcome and so excited to become part of this parish family as we build our new life here in West Palm Beach.

Here’s to new beginnings, deeper roots, and the adventure ahead.
